• Waow.pk does not offer cash refunds.
• We do not provide store credits or monetary reimbursements once an order has been confirmed and processed.

4. Exchange Policy (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

We are committed to delivering products in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• Only replacement of the same product is allowed.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damaged product along with order details.

Please note:

• Exchanges are strictly limited to damaged or defective items.
• Requests for exchanges due to size issues, color preference, style preference, or change of mind will not be accepted.

5. Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

5. Once the item is received and verified, we will send a replacement of the same product as soon as possible.

7. Shipping Charges for Exchanges

Any applicable shipping charges related to exchanges will be communicated during the exchange process.

8. Limitation of Liability

Waow.pk is not responsible for:

• Incorrect order information provided by the customer
• Delays caused by courier services
• Damage caused after the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer
