- Payment is required to confirm your order and secure your selected products.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds or store credits.
Exchange Policy (Damaged Articles Only)
We value quality and want you to receive items in perfect condition. In case you receive a damaged or defective article, we offer the following:
- Only replacement of the same product is allowed.
- The replacement request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your order details.
Note: Exchanges are limited to damaged or defective products. Cosmetic changes, sizing preferences, or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our support team immediately at support@waow.pk.
- Provide your order number, product details, and photos of the damage.
- Our team will review your request and guide you on the exchange process.
- Once approved, we will replace the damaged article as soon as possible.
Important Notes
- All items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags for exchange eligibility.
- Exchanges are processed only for defective or damaged items, not for style, color, or personal preference changes.
- Shipping charges for exchanges, if any, will be communicated during the process.
